The ECHOTEX® maufacturing process is a series of matter changing steps that create the perfect material for strength and longevity.
65% pre-consumer polyester fiber and 35% PET bottles waste is collected.
Recycled material is shredded and melted into a viscous substance.
The melted substance is pushed through a multiple hole extruder which is twisted together to a single thread.
The thread is pulled around a series of pulleys to strengthen.
The thread is wound into spools.
The spools weave the ECHOTEX® sheets into a continuous roll.
The final roll is coated with a coating calibrated for brightness clarity.
ECHOTEX® is now ready for art!
